In 2021, mesoestetic® continues its commitment to the training and updating of medical professionals through significant participation in leading congresses in the sector.

On 16th, 17th and 18th September we will participate physically in the 19th edition of AMWC with scientific lectures by the renowned Doctors Sabine Zenker (Germany), Thierry Passeron (France) and Adrián Gaspar (Argentina), who will present the results of our latest research in depigmentation, intradermotherapy and HA fillers in the field of gynaecological aesthetics.

16 September, 9:30am to 11:00am CEST
Biomimetic peptides and their role to improve skin quality
image-description

In this lecture two trials with the latest innovations in intradermotherapy are presented, the administration of biomimetic peptides to regulate specific skin functions, such as the reduction of visible expression lines and the treatment of sagging skin. Clinical results demonstrate that these treatments are safe and statistically significant efficient.

The management of vaginal atrophy through the use of HA
image-description

The primary objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of a 20 mg/ml HA filler in the hydration and restoration signs of vaginal atrophy. Results show an improvement in the functional parameters studied with statistical significance, suggesting that this medical device produces several beneficial effects on the functioning of the female intimate area.

Update on treating melasma topically
image-description

The objective of this study is to introduce the main aspects of pathophysiology of melasma and show the results of a depigmenting treatment formulated by AI and computational design which includes a newly synthesized tyrosinase inhibitor and a complex of active ingredients for regulating hyperpigmentation. In vitro and in vivo results prove the efficacy of the proposed formula.

New molecular targets and pathophysiology of melasma
image-description

This lecture firstly provides an update of recent scientific data of melasma pathogenesis, and secondly shows a study performed via AI and in vitro studies to screen for the best combination of ingredients for a depigmenting topical formula which acts on the main signalling cascades that induce melanogenesis.

Speaker: Dr. Thierry Passeron (France)
18 September, 4:00 to 5:30pm CEST
Efficacy and safety of an innovative topical treatment approach for depigmentation
image-description

This investigation evaluates the efficacy and safety of a topical depigmenting method with a unique complex of active ingredients (a retinoid, a potent antioxidant and a flavonoid derivative) which has been proven to act synergically in different signalling pathways of the melanogenic process.
